Is there an additional charge for engraving?

All engraving is included with the purchase of the award. For Perpetual Plaques the engraving cost is $5

Can you add logos to awards and plaques?

Yes, we can add your custom logo or emblem to your order. The supplied logo must be in the form of high resolution. If not, we can convert it but there will be a one-time set up charge of between $25 to $100 per logo or emblem.

How do I know if my engraving will fit on my plaque or award

What are your accepted methods of payment?

To process your order quickly, KNR Plaques will accept the following forms of payment. You have the option of paying with check, cash or money order when your order is picked up or delivered.

Can you ship my order?

Yes, Orders can be shipped. We use the USPS or UPS. The
shipping fee will be added to your invoice. All Orders are insured,
within the continental United States and does not include
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or anywhere outside of the United
States. If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or a
holiday it will be processed the next business day. Rush shipping
is available at an additional cost.

KNR Plaques & Awards cannot be held liable for delayed or
lost packages.

Can I return my order?

A Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) form must accompany all returns. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items accepted for return. Please contact our Customer Service Department for any claims at 516-690-7725.

When will I receive a proof?

A proof will be sent via email. If our Graphic Artist is unable to use the logo provided, an email will be sent within 24 hours requesting a better or different logo. Please note: we will not be able to process your order until we receive your response via email. Therefore, your delivery date/shipping will be delayed. We
are not responsible for unanswered/not received emails and
cannot process any order without your reply.

What is the best format for a logo?

JPEG in the highest quality available (300 dpi preferred).
Preferably in black and white. Your logo can also be done in full
color, but it must be supplied to us that way.

What is the best way to receive a quote?

Email [email protected] Please include the product,
quantity, size, color, logo/artwork, shipping address, and any
other necessary information, and a sales associate will contact
you within 24 hours.
